Common questions
Is my Instagram account safe?
Yes. You connect through Instagram's own login page, so we never see your password. You can remove access any time from your Instagram settings or by disconnecting in InstaOrbit.
Which accounts work?
Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Switching a personal account to a professional account is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app.
Will it post without my approval?
Only what you schedule. Nothing goes live unless you put it on the calendar or tap "Post now".
Is comment-to-DM allowed by Instagram?
Yes. It uses Instagram's official Messaging API. People only get a DM after they comment or message you, Instagram allows one reply per comment, and you can switch any automation off anytime.
Do you sell followers or likes?
No. InstaOrbit never buys followers, likes or comments. It helps you post great content consistently, within Instagram's rules.
Can agencies manage many clients?
