How to delete your data

InstaOrbit stores only what it needs to publish your scheduled Instagram content. You can delete it at any time.

Option 1: inside InstaOrbit

1. Log in and open Instagram accounts.
2. To remove one Instagram account, click Disconnect. Its access token, scheduled posts and uploaded media are deleted.
3. To remove everything, click Delete my account and confirm. Your profile, all connected accounts, posts and media are permanently deleted.

Option 2: from Instagram

1. In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find InstaOrbit and tap Remove.
3. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the token and data for that Instagram account. You receive a confirmation code you can check on our status page.

Option 3: email us

Send a request from your account email to trambakbansode@gmail.com. We complete it within 7 days.

Payment records may be kept as long as tax law requires. They contain no Instagram data.
